Women in Sports is a programme committed to empowering aspiring young female athletes in Egypt. A panel of experts carefully selects 10 athletes who exhibit outstanding talent and promise, providing financial and mental aid to help them build their sports capabilities.
We extend financial aid to help you seize opportunities of global exposure and facilitate the purchase of sports equipment essential for your journey.

Professionals who stay with you through the season, so your mental wellbeing gets the same attention as your game.
Selected athletes receive financial support and join tailored programmes focused on emotional wellbeing and mental coaching.
We select 10 female athletes each year and back them with a grant and a full training programme.

A panel of Olympians, sports leaders and banking executives reviews every application, then stays with the selected athletes for the year.
